At Rathinam Group of Institutions at Tips Global, my vision has always been to lead by example in fostering academic excellence and holistic development. My educational journey, starting from Govt. Higher Sec. School in Kinathukadavu to completing my Ph.D. at Bharathiar University, has laid a strong foundation for my leadership in education.
I began my career at Rathinam College of Arts & Science in 2002 as an Assistant Professor and steadily grew into roles such as Head of the Department, Administrative Officer, and CEO of Rathinam Group of Institutions. Along with Dr. Madan A. Sendhil, I’ve helped establish multiple institutions, including an MBA program, Engineering College, International School, and Architecture Institutions, shaping a diverse educational ecosystem.
My work extends beyond administration; I’ve contributed academically with six national and three international journal articles and guided five M.Phil. scholars. With my vision, I aim to continue nurturing a forward-thinking educational environment that empowers students to excel in every aspect of life.
